Brandi Shaw Morris account director

Brandi's broad range of expertise spans from strategy development and research to account management and creative direction. For the past 12 years she's been helping organizations in the NGO sector strengthen their brands by crafting research-based communication strategies. Together with our film team, Brandi also produces the agency's short film documentary work. She has also lived in Denmark, where she worked as an International Marketing Consultant for Lindberg International and Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream.

Michael Morris   senior strategist

Over the past 23 years, Michael has overseen marketing campaigns for some of the world's largest NGOs including The Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill Industries, World Vision, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and Feeding America. Michael is passionate about the marketing intersection of design, neuroscience, and storytelling to impel engagement.

Claudia Rodriguez-Moeller   senior strategist

Claudia has grown and refined her passion for nonprofit marketing through the execution of multi-channel strategies for organizations such as Goodwill, Food Banks, National Cancer Institutes, American Red Cross, and others. During her 15-year career, she has received several distinctive awards as a fundraising professional. She holds a business degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Darsey Landoe   lead designer

Concepting. Though not technically a real word, it's the term best used to describe what Darsey does at Amani Global. Darsey concepts campaign themes, design motifs, even copy and photo direction. She honed her skills working through college, then at an ad agency in the south, and later in development at a non-profit. When she's not concepting, she's likely restauranting, house-fixer-upping or making up words.

Paul Souders   lead developer

Twenty years ago, Paul was an archaeologist with a hobby building websites. During the Dotcom boom of the late 90s, those two things got turned around. He is an eight-year veteran of fundraising and nonprofit marketing, having recently finished a six-year pull as the sole designer and creative strategist for Mercy Corps’ multimillion-dollar fundraising website.

John Harrison   cinematographer

John Harrison is a natural storyteller who is able to capture beautiful, cinematic images and weave them into emotionally powerful stories. The films he has worked on have screened in the world’s most prestigious film festivals and won numerous awards, including an Oscar Nomination for the film KAVI, on which he worked as the cinematographer (Best Live-Action Short Film Nominee, 2010).  He is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s film production program and the University of Washington’s department of Spanish.

Reid TenKley   results dashboard architect

Fundraising generates lots of data points and Reid is passionate about organizing those points to create a strategic story. His past experience at top accounting firms, investment banks and software development firms provide a rich background that he draws upon to create unique, interactive dashboards for campaign tracking and analysis.
